New Update!

The alien level has been redone to feature more snugglers and a more interesting boss. Also, there's a brand new level that is mummy-themed, woohoo! Be sure to check them both out. :)

The survey winners are now in the game, including the RPG elements, lingerie outfit, and the suspension animation. A quick rundown of the new RPG stuff:

 -  You get one point to spend with each reputation level. New weapons cost a fixed amount of points, and boosting your stats takes more points with each upgrade you unlock.
- Health Points increases your max health, Toughness increases the amount of time you're invulnerable after taking damage, and Escape Training makes the escape minigame stay easier for a longer period of time.

You can now hit the "select" key (tab by default) to surrender anywhere in the level, in case you want to respawn in a certain place.

Now when you get a game over, your player will be captured and you'll be taken to the customization screen to make a new one. Your old character will then show up in the level you died in as a rescuable damsel. Rescuing her will restore any reputation that you lost.

I think that's all the big changes, there have been lots of minor balance tweaks and quality of life improvements, and I honestly don't remember most of them because I keep poor notes and have an even worse commit history :P Hopefully nothing important has been broken. (Or anything minor for that matter.)
